After 23 years of marriage and three careers, Mo and Jenni Rivera are still side by side — still building. Together they bring a rare combination of military discipline, mortgage expertise, construction knowledge, and real estate experience, all under one roof.
Mo served in the United States Navy, earning a Nuclear Engineering degree before building a career as a Mortgage Branch Manager & Partner for NRL Mortgage. Jenni earned her B.S. from Texas State University, worked as a Residential Claims Adjuster and Builder Estimator, personally built two homes in the early 2000s, and rose to Senior Loan Advisor/Branch Manager over nearly two decades. In 2020, Mo committed to homebuilding and real estate full time — and Essential Elements was born. Mo is currently a licensed Realtor with Mindset Realty, and Jenni currently serves as Branch Manager for Network Funding LP, bringing their combined expertise across every step of the real estate journey.
